Artist's comments: “Sometimes less is more! Inspired by a day watching the dressage phase at Bramham Horse Trials this is a picture all about texture and light. I wanted to capture small details such as musculature, texture and shine of his coat and her boot rather than the overall picture. Sharp-eyed viewers may have seen this in the background on ITV’s ‘Emmerdale’ where it is used as a set decoration!”
