If you are unable to attend a workshop once you have booked, do please let us know as soon as possible.

Workshops are for limited numbers, so we don’t like to waste spaces unnecessarily as we do have waiting lists for some events and our marketing and costings are geared towards maintaining small group numbers.

Cancellation policy

If you have paid for an event and need to cancel then we will provide a refund as follows:

1. An administration fee of £10 is retained to cover our costs.

2. If you cancel more than 5 working days (7 days including weekends) before the event you will receive a full refund, minus the administration fee.

3. If you cancel within 5 working days (7 days including weekends) of the event, then there is no refund. As a goodwill gesture we can keep you informed of future workshop dates and offer you a discounted booking at our discretion.

If we cancel a workshop

Occasionally, we may need to cancel a workshop. In these circumstances you will be given a minimum 24 hours notice and you will get a full refund. We cannot be responsible for any associated travel costs that you may have incurred, so please bear this in mind if booking travel or accomodation.
